What a find! We had the had the meal for 4 delivered to the house and it was amazing. Good portion sizes, super tasty, great flavours and all in boxes that didn’t leak and kept the food nice and hot. The family all had there favourite it the general consensus was the lamb kofta and the fattoush came out top, but to be honest it was was all top draw. Next time we will be asking for no chips as they are not needed.

Well done and we will be ordering again.

Decide to change it up a bit and go wild …. Well choose something else off the menu. For the past 48 hours I have been having flash backs to the most amazing Lamb Mandi dish. Full of flavour, delicate to the taste, the rice and sulatans and land combo … just amazing. They play a dirty trick on you! More than 1 person can eat in 1 sitting not quite for 2. BUT in hindsight I really didn’t want to share anyway.

Top tip - Order sides of Tabbouleh and Taziki … raises it to another level and whatever you do not eat have for lunch...

Got a just Eat delivery from here... arrived on time, well packaged, and piping hot by friendly driver! I ordered the Large Mixed Grill, the chicken pieces were slightly dry, the kofta was beautiful and both shawarmas were delicious but the lamb pieces were evenmore fantastic, cooked perfectly and definetly tasting of the grill.. highly recomend! I also tried the Baklawa for the first time, kinda like sweet nutty pastry pieces, they were actually quite nice.. i couldnt eat many tho due to how sweet they were! All in all a nice meal, would defo order a lamb dish at some point in the future! I couldnt finnish it all as i was stuffed, quite easily dinner for 2...

I would like to raise a complaint regarding my recent experience with Deliveroo and the associated restaurant.

I placed an order for delivery, but shortly after, I noticed that it had been changed to a pickup option. Within 10 seconds of noticing this, I contacted Deliveroo, only to be told that the order had already been prepared. The restaurant also claimed that they prepared the order within one minute. No food no service but I lost 39.97£

What is happening with customer service in the UK? Why is such a customer-unfriendly app allowed to operate, and why do restaurants feel they can take customers' money...
