unfortunately i was unable to leave a review on unos site so here goes. i have used unos for over 5 yrs the food untill recently has been of a good standard, delivery times were under an hour, tonight i ordered a kebab as well as other regular food , i waited 1 hr and 40 mins, all you get when you call to check is its on its way, the kebab meat itself was that bad and rubbery i just couldnt eat it. rang them up to complain and they decide to send anothe portion of meant out,, that i clearly did not like the first time..the chips were also hard and had been sitting sweating for some time. , very dissapointed, and after giving them more than 1 chance i will no longer be spending my money at Unos ever again after waiting another 45 the second lot of JUST meat came and was just as bad, SO NO...

This is one of the best pizza / kebab takeaways in Newcastle. Their chicken tikka kebab is fantastic .... we usually collect as I work near by. The guy on the front desk works very hard to ensure everything is ready when we collect. They all work extremely hard, it’s always busy. It’s best to phone / book online ahead, because it’s soooo busy. I only eat the chicken & salad, but my family often have pizzas & they say they are thee best. Tried this place for the first time last night. Ordered online for collection. Walked in and all 4 staff ignored me despite being the only customer. When someone eventually spoke they were unhelpful and unfriendly. The guy making kebabs was doing so wearing a dirty long-sleeved jumper while eating - glad I hadn't ordered a kebab. The place is filthy; thick grime and dirt cakes the ceiling and ventilators - if their customer facing areas are this dirty, I dread to think what's behind the scenes.
