Pizza Perfection — Restaurant in Newport

First of all, wasn't going to review. Normally if I have an issue with my order I contact the resturant first. However, when I ordered my pizza roughly a week ago I discovered a hair in the pizza dough. I took pictures as evidence if anyone wishes it as I figured the resturant would too. I called and confronted them on this, they apologised profusely and offered me a free pizza when I directly called them next time. I was happy with that offer, so decided I would order a pizza today and to my disgust found that they decided to hang up and ignore my order every time I call them. If I could give them a zero I would. And as I can't email them this review and they refuse to answer my calls I will state here that I expect a full refund from the original order and for them to forget the offer of a free pizza as I will never use their...

Been ordering from here for a while gradually getting worse but thought I would give it another try. Pizza full of grease and more than once have been undercooked. Woman who answers the phone seems half soaked and quite useless tbh. Ordered a pizza meal deal and called up to request garlic dips, was told that I would need to pay. I asked if even one would be included as this is the case with most pizza companies i.e Dominos etc, was told they couldn’t even include one dip and would need to pay. Settled with one or two deliveries where I could have easily complained but for the sake of not giving me a dip and being penny pinchers just lost another customer 😂 Food came tonight and tbh an Asda £5 one tastes better. This was my pizza place for 24 years , today i call to order my pizza and due misunderstanding i drove to pizza place. When i arrived i was abused by member of staff and he told me i cant speak properly. 5 min in conversation person told me he don’t speak well enough english. I try explaining to him in that case why he is working on phone , and if he explains that on beginning of conversation. He started to abuse me again. I politely explained to him i would not purchase from this place he shouted to me get out you would not buy anything anyway. Polite notice this person was smoking on door entrance and walked back in shop dealing with food. Don’t want been served with that low standards.
