Had intended to pop in for a late lunch.  Plenty of tables but were directed to a table for two right next to other customers so not able to socially distance as per government guidelines.  Asked if we could move to another table which required clearly explained we were happy to wait.  Not impressed to then hear them complaining that they had to clear the table and that they couldn't understand what was wrong with that offered.  The tables were to close together.  Surely customers have a right to feel at ease when eating out and be able to stay safe in the current climate.  We were so annoyed by the comments made we refused to wait and...

Beware of pricing option i was on a very tight budget I worked out the price 5.99 for scrambled egg on toast and noted on the menu was add tea or coffee for £1.50 i asked for scrambled egg on toast and a tea The food was just as ordered scrambled egg and tea but when I was billed it was £9.90 not the price I was expecting i questioned and was told I had had a pot not a mug but still £9.90 instead of 7.50 is a 25% uplift which for me at the moment is an issue. Disappointed with our visit here for a late breakfast whilst camping in the area. The waitress rushed us through our order and spoke abruptly throughout. It felt very unwelcoming. Whilst the cost was ok the food was very average. Tomatoes with the breakfast were tinned plum ones. I wish we had walked further into the town where there are some other nice looking cafes.
