Just moved into the area I was walking around to see what's nearby, didn't know the garden city brewery was closed as there was a few people sitting outside eating, the pub door was unlocked so went to go toilet and was going to get a drink after, suddenly the toilet doors opened as I was washing my hands, a very rude member of staff guy with long hair said we are closed, I said I didn't know you were closed I'm really sorry, then he said you should of read the times on the door then said get out! Our favourite pub, so review is biased. But it is our favourite for a reason! Staff are super friendly, and are keen to look after you. They keep the bar moving quickly and the whole place clean and inviting. Drinks on offer rotate weekly, always offering a selection that will suit most tastes. So chilled... with great drinks, the beer and cider is varied and of extremely high quality which needs a mention of course as they are an award winning brewery, but a friendly welcoming atmosphere also awaits you when you enter this little place with a strong local following .
