Had a coffee and some Churros take away when we finished our drink in the rain we had no way of disposing of the waste. I saw another customer hand over the disposable cups to a young assistant and she took them off him and placed in the bin. I took my waste and asked if they would mind binning it for me another assistand curtly said take it to the bin up the road, I was most upset by her attitude and said after spending £15 in their store that she could get rid of it. Poor customer service. The lady who served me was rude- never said please or thank you. Bought a coffee, which had a faulty lid so the hot Liquid split down me, ruined my top. I took the drink back in and asked for a replacement top. She gave me one- no apology and didn’t even ask if I was ok and not burnt! The second lid was also faulty! This afternoon I visited this shop and bought ice creams for myself and my 2 grandsons. It suddenly started to pour with rain so we sheltered in the doorway to finish our ice creams. A member of staff come up to me and asked me to wear a mask! I cannot believe it! The shop was empty!
