A delightful little cafe with lovely people serving delicious food. Our party had the soups (leek and potatoe, tomato & basil) which were tasty, fresh and hot. I couldn't resist a sausage roll which had an excellent sausage to pastry ratio😆 We were all mightily impressed with the idea of having little scissors on the sauce packet so you don't get covered in ketchup!

We enjoyed tea and bacon sandwiches on the Sunday morning before setting off for home. The tea was excellent the sandwiches were also excellent, I can honestly say we couldn't fault it in anyway, Jackie & Jim were friendly and polite, and it finished off our stay in Norfolk, perfectly, Thank you.

Really good. We only wanted a light lunch and the menu outside was very enticing. The selection of teas, real leaf teas, was outstanding. We both had a chicken, pesto, and mozzarella cheese panini, that was served with salad and crisps. No one has gluten fee paninis, but The Kitchen did. How good is that! Gluten free bread, crumpets, soup, sausages and at least one cake a day makes for a great choice. The interior is smart, clean and tidy, and the hosts were extremely pleasant and informative. We'll worth calling in. UPDATE. Called in again after seeing the full breakfast on our previous visit. I don't know how better to describe it, but you know when food tastes fresh and clean? Well it did. Fresh eggs with runny yolks, bacon cooked to my request, crisp hash browns, really good. Great coffee as well. Best of all? The company. Locals that were happy to talk to holiday makers as though they'd known them for years. The Kitchen is a top place. Roll on...

Food was mediocre but very overpriced. Only small place not many tables on our visit one table was reserved "for friends" they were apparently running late (all this discussed in front of customers) lots of tutting as they hadn't yet showed on foot customers tried to take a seat but were ushered out and were spoken rudely about once they had gone. Then proceeded to moan about the late friends all this in ear shot. If that's how they treat customers in front of customers they should have a rethink as no customers means...

We've been coming to Sheringham for years and never been here. Wish we had found it sooner. We were made to feel very welcome. I did think it strange we had to wait outside to be seated. However when we were eating breakfast we really appreciated that people were not filling past us eating to ask for a table. We were given games to play while we waited and it cheered my son up immediately, what a fantastic idea. My latte was the best I've had and breakfast was delicious, not greasy in the slightest. Will...
