As someone from Tunisia, I can confidently say that the food at Cartahgo made me feel right at home. Every dish was filled with the rich, authentic Tunisian flavours I grew up with — truly a nostalgic and heartwarming experience.

The quality of the food is outstanding, made with fresh ingredients and traditional recipes that reflect genuine culinary craftsmanship.

The restaurant has a cosy, welcoming atmosphere with a clean, well-kept interior and a lovely ambience that enhances the dining experience.

A special thank you to Sabeh, the owner, who was exceptionally friendly and hospitable — her warm presence made the visit even more enjoyable.

Amazing meal last night!

From the delicious calamari starter, the wonderful fresh homemade flatbread and hummus and our mains of the fresh sea bass panee and my husbands lamb dish done in the tagine, great portion sizes, wonderful service from the young lady looking after us last night and very fair prices - we had a really nice evening out ...

So glad to see that they do takeaway as well - this wonderful little restaurant with the ever changing fresh menu selection has moved to the #1 spot for takeaway meals
