Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

I have been in this particular Costa many times and find the staff and the “bearded manager” this idiotic woman below referred to, completely professional and friendly, serving delicious food and beverages with great service and a friendly smile.

Announcing to the world and its wife that this man is “over handsy” with his female staff is a serious accusation and frankly he’d be completely within his rights to move forward with legal proceedings for slander and/or defamation of character.

For a grown “adult” (and I use the term loosely) woman to throw out such a shocking and severe labelling of this gentleman’s character without any proof, is both repugnant and deplorable, it’s vile tongued people like you that get innocent people into trouble, to possibly ruin someone’s life and career simply because you where a disgruntled customer. Get a grip!

I suggest you have a long hard look at yourself and the unfounded accusation you have thrown into a very public arena, with zero goods to back it up, you should be utterly ashamed.

If I was the manager I would point blank refuse to serve you again for such a despicable and imbecilic comment.

Costa Coffee, Lisburn near Cinema is a great store. Staff very helpful but there is one who doesn't give the service expected, short measure and does not give the price reduction for your own cup.
