My mum ordered a custom cake from them over a week ago, they said it was no problem and to call in today (the day before my birthday) to collect it. When she went in, the girl at the counter opened the box and was confused because the description on the note didn't match what was on the cake. It was supposed to be a specific themed cake, but instead it was a generic pink cake with flowers, that still said 'Happy Birthday (name)', but was clearly not what had been ordered. So disappointing, and all they said was that the girl who made it must have misread the note. They were like, "You don't want it?🤔" Obviously not, especially if you think you're keeping the money when we didn't get what was ordered! Got a refund but now I'm left with no cake. They didn't attempt to somehow make it up to her or rectify their error. Cheers, Mackeys 👍 I can see via other reviews this is not an isolated incident either. I ordered a birthday cake for my grandson at short notice and was told it wasn't a problem. I wanted a picture of a tractor put on the cake as my grandson is tractor mad 😄. He was absolutely delighted with it, as was I. The price was very reasonable considering the size and the fact it was fully iced and had the tractor printed onto it. And the important part? Hello.I've just bought one of your rhubarb tarts from centra in Ballinderry.This is the first time I've purchased any of your products. my question is,am i meant to cook it at home as it is raw and doughy from the centre half way to the edge.
