Costa — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Called here yesterday , we got tea a sandwich and a cake, my cup I had to return as it had lipstick on the rim and coffee froth on the inside, some seats were leather some fabric topped , in fortunately there was only one table vacant the seats were fabric they were so dirty , filthy that I literally stuck to it , I would not recommend this filthy joint to anyone....the gent at the next table got a toasted sandwich took one bite of it and left it , the waitress came to clear the table as he got up to leave she didn't ask if there was something wrong with his food, but yet he never said anything either , can't understand why people pay for food, it's not cheap and not address the matter...

What horrible staff. Came to costa with a new born baby. Spent over £30 between me and my family and was refused some boiling water to feed my newborn. Was told I need to buy a tea in order to get boiling water to feed my baby. As someone who has previously worked for costa I know this is not true and you can get water to feed you baby. The staff were very rude and sharp with me and family and I had to take my baby to another shop it get some water to feed them. Absolutely ridiculous and rude how we were treated. Definitely not a family...

Very helpful staff, checking ingredients in their big blue folder. My daughter has a severe reaction to citrus fruits, not an allergy as such. We usually have 2 different sandwiches and share.
