Overall quality of the food was subpar at best-some items were like warm/cold and also overdone, collection order, part of which was incorrect I realised once I returned home, called to ask for this to be rectified, fella on the phone said they would have it sent to my home, baring in mind I live less than 5 minutes from the store, 45 minutes went by no show, called again, fella on phone didn’t seem to be aware that I was waiting on a replacement being sent, arranged for this to be done, 10 minutes went by then the replacement arrived, cini dippers, cold with extra dips which I assumed were given as an apology attempt, I will not be ordering again, very disappointed, I’ll stick to the Asda make your own pizzas, far better value for money and they actually make them...
Read moreOrdered a pizza online for delivery. Waited an hour, and it still hadn't arrived. I checked the online tracking system. It said my order was still being prepped. I thought that had to be some sort of error so I rang the store. The manager told me that my pizza wouldn't be delivered because my address is banned on their system. I have just moved into this address in the past 2 weeks, I explained this to the manager, but it didn't seem to matter. What has annoyed me more is the fact it would have taken someone 2 minutes to send me an email, text or phonecall to inform me that my pizza would not be delivered. At least I wouldn't have been sat waiting for nothing. And to add insult to injury, I'm now going to have to wait 5 days for the money to be refunded...

Rang store straight away to explain but before (management) arrived to the phone pizza was placed and made!
