Domino's Pizza - Antrim — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Overall quality of the food was subpar at best-some items were like warm/cold and also overdone, collection order, part of which was incorrect I realised once I returned home, called to ask for this to be rectified, fella on the phone said they would have it sent to my home, baring in mind I live less than 5 minutes from the store, 45 minutes went by no show, called again, fella on phone didn’t seem to be aware that I was waiting on a replacement being sent, arranged for this to be done, 10 minutes went by then the replacement arrived, cini dippers, cold with extra dips which I assumed were given as an apology attempt, I will not be ordering again, very disappointed, I’ll stick to the Asda make your own pizzas, far better value for money and they actually make them...

Ordered a pizza online for delivery. Waited an hour, and it still hadn't arrived. I checked the online tracking system. It said my order was still being prepped. I thought that had to be some sort of error so I rang the store. The manager told me that my pizza wouldn't be delivered because my address is banned on their system. I have just moved into this address in the past 2 weeks, I explained this to the manager, but it didn't seem to matter. What has annoyed me more is the fact it would have taken someone 2 minutes to send me an email, text or phonecall to inform me that my pizza would not be delivered. At least I wouldn't have been sat waiting for nothing. And to add insult to injury, I'm now going to have to wait 5 days for the money to be refunded...

Terrible costumer service. Placed an order online and when I had payed was a completely different order! Rang store straight away to explain but before (management) arrived to the phone pizza was placed and made! Explained my situation but management bluff it of as if I didn't know what I was talking about and expected me to place right order and repay unknown to management I'm am actually management in the food and beverage industry! Due to the time order was placed young lady thought she knew better and treated me like a child. I rang in good time to change order and explain but I was left feeling like i was in the wrong.
