Great to be able to park right outside as delivery is £2.50. During covid the sign said only one person allowed inside the customer area - which is small to be fair. People either can’t read or don’t care as there were 7 at one stage. Good when they have offers on as otherwise the pizzas are expensive. Hot and spicy pizza must have had a fight with the jalapeños jar as there were a quare few on ours. Jalapeño nachos were super as always. They were busy but I didn’t expect to be standing outside (because there was no room inside!) for 25 minutes after our order was ready - as per their collection screen which you could see from outside. They were giving customers a free large garlic and herb dip to thank them for waiting. The food wasn’t very warm when we got it which is odd given that we were waiting forever on it being ready. I’d also have preferred a free side given the length of wait standing outside in the cold - the wait turning into a hands off training session on prepping boxes for orders - you had to be there - for 25 minutes watching operations! If happiness had a postcode, it would be Saintfield Road Domino’s. I went in hungry and left questioning why I don’t just move into the shop permanently. The staff greeted me like long-lost family (the kind you actually like), and within minutes, they handed me a pizza so glorious I briefly considered proposing to it.

The cheese pull was so dramatic it deserves its own Netflix series. The crust? Crispy enough to let me know it means business, but soft enough to cuddle my taste buds. Whoever put the toppings on clearly has a PhD in Deliciousness.

By the time I finished, I was about 80% mozzarella and 20% regret that I didn’t order more. Domino’s Saintfield Road, you’re not just a pizza shop—you’re a lifestyle.

Absolutely avoid this place - rang for an emergency to feed a local care home who had just had a fire and no access to kitchen with the hope to place a paid order to feed 51 patients - they were dog ignorant on the phone and not helpful at all despite knowing the situation and also we are very loyal customers. Would not take the order as they wouldn’t accept cash over a certain amount - again explained the emergency situation and cash would be ready with a significant tip - it would have made absolutely no difference us paying cash on collection or delivery especially to a care home with no access to food!
