Londonderry's best coffee. Easily. Only heard about this place in the past week and thought I'd give it a try. It's a little small inside but the staff are very welcoming and helpful. I had an Aeropress brew which was very well made indeed - clear fruity notes made it go down very easily indeed. Other customers were also really friendly! The cappuccino was also excellent. The buns and food looked good but I didn't have anything else. Lots of coffee and gear on retail at the usual sort of price - great! A lovely little spot for a Saturday morning coffee. Really disappointed in what Hang Ten has become. Came in and ordered a drink, it was brought to someone else's table. They took a drink, brought it back and said it wasn’t theirs. The owner/manager replaced the straw and handed it to our table. I’m a bit shocked as this isn’t what I expect from Hang Ten.

As well as this, we usually come during busy periods. On this occasion it was quite quiet, we waited a long time for what we ordered.

I quite frankly don’t want to dislike Hang Ten but after this experience I don’t think...

Ordered a soup & grilled cheese. Soup was yummy however several hairs were found in the grilled cheese as well as it being burnt. The matcha ordered was great quality but definitely a bit small for the price. The service was slow, I asked twice for water and it never came to the table.
