My husband and I arrived in Derry Wednesday, 2024 December 4 for our wedding at the Guildhall on Saturday, December 7. This was our third trip to Derry and I was intrigued by the fact every time we drove by Guapo, no matter what time of day or night, there was a queue outside. You have to understand, I am from Phoenix, Arizona in the United States and I am Hispanic so needless to say, I was EXTREMELY skeptical there was a possibility there could be good Mexican food in Ireland! Well, I am glad we went because this was a great experience! Our mate who lives in Saint Johnston told me to order for him whatever I decided to get so I ordered two carnitas burritos. Not only was I surprised I loved it! The soup was surprisingly class, got it with the nachos and just filled any last corners of my stomach. This shouldn’t have surprised me as much as it did, but genuinely super flavourful and well worth getting alongside. All of it came to £11 and was worth every penny!
Place was stowed, so be ready for a wait. Queued for...
