KFC Glengormley - Antrim Road — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Upon entering the store I immediately noticed I needed the strength of 10 men to open the door as it was harder to push than my morning bowl movements. The staff were friendly and offered all the add on options such as going large and trying the new items on the menu. I said yes obviously because I'm a fatty. My order was ready fast and was fresh and tasty. Upon exiting the store I summoned the strength of the gods and pushed the door with all my might....the door didn't move...I pushed again and nothing. Then suddenly i realized what to do....pull it...

Don’t bother. Only selected 1 star as think I had to select something to write the review. £35 plus spent via the KFC app for a delivery - ended up with mediocre service, attitude, missing item, cold food, slow delivery. Phoned to complain to KFC - not their problem so tell me to phone Uber directly. 20 mins wait to speak to someone and the best they can do is give me £8.99 refund and to contact KFC for any other refund?!? They get away with the crap service and quality as they make it near impossible to complain so people probably don’t...

Have not eaten here in many months was actually at asian star Chinese which is next door (5star) have a love hate r/ship with KFC the food is generally excellent as is staff and surroundings but I am upset then when ordering you have to accept KFC choice of portions which are all priced the same so as happened in the past one portion was a chicken wing/or battered gristle the other a piece of succulent breast both priced the same while not a regular occurence I would prefer to be able to...
