Pizza Time Antrim — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Food is nice but undoubtedly the WORST service of any take away in Antrim. It takes a minimum of 150 phone calls to get your order through as the staff regularly lift the phone off the receiver, leave it lying for several minutes before hanging up without speaking a word to you. This is all despite the fact there is a minimum of 6 staff members on at any given time (as far as I’ve seen) and when you go to order in person, at least half are walking around doing nothing. The staff also don’t update numbering system outside the front of the shop, last time I waited 40 minutes outside the shop (middle of winter) as my number didn’t appear (I had already waited 30 minutes to come down to the shop as I had been told to). When I went in to check why it was taking so long, the order had been sitting ready for ages but no one bothered to go out with it. Think the staff could do with a lot more training as they are running this business’ reputation...

Since it's been taken over by new owners the quality is dreadful. £20 for an ex-large mighty meaty. Wheres the meat. 1 piece of pepperoni per slice(if your lucky) 3 tiny segments of salami( if your lucky) and don't get me started on bacon... what bacon??? Over the last 2 months I've give them a chance but 2 half cooked pizzas, one replaced quickly with less meat on it and the other I got 3 days later ( my choice) and still it was crap.. you order an ex large i want the toppings up to the crust but oh no 2 inches all round no toppings no cheese just tomato sauce.. And then they have the cheek to hit you with a service charge on top of delivery charge... no way. Last time for me from a takeaway that has existed in Antrim...

Have been placing an order at the same time every Saturday for the last few years (4.30pm to be collected at 6pm). Never a problem until this evening, was informed that the order would be ready in 20mins for collection and it couldn't be ready for 6pm as they were short staffed. Disappointed there was no flexibility from the staff due to the weekly orders I place normally are in excess of £35.00. Have shown loyalty to this establishment despite the recent significant price increases, unfortunately it appears that customer loyalty...
