Starbucks Ards Shopping Centre — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

I've actually never been to a Starbucks where there are so many incompetent people. Stood waiting to be served for 10 minutes, then was served by someone who had no idea what they were doing. I ordered 2 Strawberry Açai Refreshers, one with no ice. When I asked for no ice the person looked at me like I had horns on my head- i've been to the Castlebawn, Bloomfields, Connswater starbucks and I always order the same thing. When I ask for no ice they just top it up with lemonade or water which I am always happy enough with. When I got my drinks I was given a drink which was not even half full, I would say quarter at most. When you pay £5.50 for a drink you expect it to be full, I was actually appalled at the level of common indecency in these staff who think it is acceptable to hand a drink like that to a customer. I would have completely understood if they were not able to top my drink with water or lemonade but I was not told that when paying, the man even asked me if topping it up with water would be okay. I handed the drink back and just asked for ice to be put in it because I was actually stunned that's how the staff are trained to hand out drinks like that, when I asked she put ice in it and basically threw the drink back at me with very sarcastic smile. I will not be back at this location, and I would recommend anyone to go to the one at bloomfields or castlebawn, way better customer service and you actually get what...

I hate leaving bad reviews but my experience at the Ards branch today was completely unacceptable. Starbucks Ards, the worst experience I've ever had. I hate complaining but the staff in there were so rude! I was getting a caramel macchiato plus 2 hot chocolates for my granny and sister and I went to pay. Before I always get points on the Starbucks app so I can save a bit of money as everyone knows how dear it is in there. The girl serving me was obviously new which I had no problem with and put in my order wrong. But it took forever and no one even apologized about the wait. Then when I went to pay another barista said that I can't use the card because I don't have any money on, which isn't what I was told in Belfast. Anyways, I said that was a okay and paid regularly. Then when I was waiting for the drinks the baristas were sniggering, talking amongst themselves and looking in my direction the whole time. I will never ever be back to that branch. Not for a long time anyways. All I wanted to do was get a couple of drinks for my granny and sister when she's had such a rough day as my Granda is terminally ill in hospital. We really didn't...

The experience of going out with family or friends is to relax and enjoy your time .Well not in here my family came for coffee the server was more interested in her phone. The only saving grace was the young guy who was doing his job and best.Next the premises was dirty they said the floors looked liked they havnt been cleaned the tables and seats were covered with stains and food .one of the family wiped down so they could drink their coffee,but still waiting for their order and had been forgotten. Finally got coffee took one sip and didn't drink the rest the coffee was awful so they left without drinking the rest .This is bad for a new place come on...
