Tesco Cafe — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

Me and my friends went to this cafe, we came in and one of my friends heard that they were planing to kick all of us out but they decided not to but they were very aggressive and had a rude tone towards my friends. On top of that my friends ordered a breakfast wrap and ask no egg or tomato, chutney but the worker anyways put it on and my friend did not eat her wrap. Do not come here if you are a teenager, they do not care if you are well behaved and order food they still are horrible. and they took 20mins to make a simple wrap. It's such a shame before majority of the workers were fine but the cashier and I think manager has such a sour attitude and it ruins the environment completely. for being right beside the school you'd think they'd understand teenagers would be there. Went to the cafe today with mum we were standing waiting on someone to see to us as they were in the kitchen.. We stood at the till for about 10mins and could hear them talking in the end my mum put her head round the corner into the kitchen said are you open.A lady with blonde hair and glasses in her 50s english said i will be there in a minute. No sorry for keeping us she was very rude.Never washed her hands. I think she needs learn how to smile and say please and thank you.....

This place is dire. Badly run. Food is not great. Service poor. Overcharged regularly and it is always the till’s fault. Staff are constantly outside the store for their smoke breaks. Tables rarely cleared. Staff attitudes stink. Rarely stick to opening times due to staff shortages. This is my local Tesco but I rarely use it now and prefer to travel further afield due to this cafe. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again … boycotting in...
