We have been there twice for a hot chocolate before my girl's AQE. when we got there today the hot chocolate hadn't arrived yet. These things happen but to our delight the lady behind the counter went and bought coco powder to make a hot chocolate for my daughter. That was so so kind. The lady's name is Joana. She deserves a fine bonus for her pleasant support today and last Saturday. Tesco are very lucky to have this lady in their team. Supporting Joana today were two other lovely ladies who pampered my daughter, wished her well and made our little visit memorable. I only know the name of one of the other lady, Heather. The restaurant area has recently been redecorated and updated. It is more comfortable with soft seats and sofas along side the regular seating.
