Pizzarellys — Restaurant in Northern Ireland

I am not one to leave reviews but very disappointed. We had a table booked for last night, 5 menus placed at our table but we were only given 3 wine glasses. Table beside us seated after and yet they got their orders taken before us. We had to ask the server who was going back and forwards from their table could we have glasses. He brought them and disappeared and then when he walked past again later we had to ask could we actually order food. We arrived at 7.30pm and didn't get our food until after 9pm. When our plates were collected after our meal our server left without asking did we want to have the dessert menu. When it was clear we weren't getting it, we tried to get someone's attention to get the bill. I had to go look for someone to get it. We were completely ignored the whole night and the fact we actually had to ask could we order food and have the correct amount of glasses is ridiculous in a restaurant. The one saving grace the...

Absolutely appaling service today. Called for a delivery, and rang to check the status of delivery over an hour later and was told by the 'manager' that she couldn't tell me a time as they were busy and I asked if she could give a rough guess as it was already over an hour and she responded extremely rudely with 'Ive just already told you I don't know so I don't know when it'll be out' I said okay and she just hung up the phone on me. I rang back and asked to speak with a manager and it was the same girl who then, after I asked to a refund, she said she can't give me one and that she was going to hang up AGAIN because I was rude? For what, for asking for a refund? I ended up going down and collecting it myself and I can assure you I will not be back. Sorry excuse of a 'manager' running that shop and it seems that a lot of people have the same issue with their shocking...

We booked for 6 on Wednesday night, we have been going to pizzarelly's for 30 years for all family birthdays, I have never had a bad meal there, so 5 of us had the combo meal, ribs, chicken fillet strips, salt and pepper chicken wings, massive fresh onion rings, salad, beautiful coleslaw, chips and 3 little pots of sauce, and one of us had a roast beef dinner, it's a brilliant place you bring your own bottle of wine or whatever you drink, the pizzas are brilliant as well, I have probably had the whole menu over the year's, if you haven't experienced pizzarelly's beautiful food you have got to try it, and with bringing your own alcohol the overall price of your meal is so inexpensive, I live on the Isle of wight now and can't wait until next year to see my family and of course have another great meal in...
