Domino's Pizza - Norwich - West — Restaurant in Norwich

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOOD MADE ME ILL.

I ordered from my hotel room, but the delivery never arrived, so l had to chase it. I was told that the last phone digit was missing, so the pizza had been returned. I had given my email and recieved no communication of this.

When I explained my situation over the phone.... the response seemed very vague and I had to ask what was to be done.. l was told pizza could be delivered again, but l was concerned the food would be cold, l was given the option of having the food cooked fresh again, but it would take a long time. The food was delivered a short time after.... so suspect this was not the case...

I awoke during the night with very bad stomach pain, luckily l had pain killers, but had a very poor nights sleep, not good as had a 2 and a half drive...

This should be a minus 1 star. Horrendous experience. ‘Navin’ strung me along for over an hour and a half telling me my pizzas were on the way and he had spoken to the delivery driver when I phoned to chase my order up. I’m total there were 6 phone calls. He then tried to ignore my further calls and when he did finally answer, told me there were no delivery drivers so I wouldn’t be getting my order, at midnight when everywhere else was shut and I had a 2 day old baby upstairs with a hungry partner who was starving and could barely move. When I phoned the store all they could offer was an apology and my money back… in 2-3 working days! Pathetic customer service and Navin lied through his teeth to avoid having an awkward conversation with a customer. Don’t order from this store...

The reason they only getting 2 stars is it arrived quicker then what they said it would I was supposed to wait 2 hours but it arrived within an hour that’s the only good thing about it. The dough balls were amazing but my pizza was wrong I ordered a ham and mushroom I was handed a ham pineapple, and it was cut very very badly.. they were not equal at alli also spoke to a man in the phone he sounded very depressed and stoned at the same time. very disappointed and it was my first time ever of having a dominos I think I’ll stick to Pizza Hut delivery. at least they get my order right and...
