It's a very popular place and customers line-up, but once you place an order you have to wait for atleast 15 minutes. 15 minutes for 1 drink... Secondly, please don't play your music very loudly. Your order taker and guest must be able to hear each other.

Update: 08-May-2022. I was really looking forward to visiting again, but your reply to my review is rude and I won't be visiting again. Firstly, I do understand your drinks are prepared by your staff and they don't come in cans. But do you expect me wait for 15 minutes? I can wait for 3 minutes. 15 minutes is ridiculous. Don't invite me to your store when it is not too busy. I don't know when your store is busy and not to busy. Don't try to rationales the situation and use the word "busy" as an excuse. I came in today to bring back a plastic cup, top and straw which my partner had bought yesterday and asked what the company policy is on recycling and reducing single plastic waste. Nobody could tell me and the assistant manager said the straws were in fact “a type of plastic that dissolves in water”. Does he mean bio-degradable or are we talking micro plastics going out into the world from these straws? I felt like I had stepped back into the early 90s and that the big push on reducing plastic use had passed this company by- there is absolutely no effort to reduce from Moyà. It is a disgrace that they churn out so much waste without a concern for it. There are no recycling bins in the shop or outside, no notices urging people to recycle their cups. I found it a depressing place to be and in the short time I was there, so much single use plastic was walked out of the door. The boba tea is mostly ok if you have a clue of what you are mixing up in there and they can properly seal the up so you can take them with you and drink them later. I am not a big boba tea drinker and I always find it confusing because there are so many things that you can mix up and I have to randomly pick up the things that go into my tea without knowing what they are how they taste or what texture they have.
