A disgrace to the Starbucks name.
I visited Starbucks Riverside, Norwich on 6th Aug 2022 at approx 6pm. When I arrived, there was only one customer there. After ordering we looked for seats. The nice comfy lounge like seats by the windows still had trays and mugs and other peoples stuff on the tables. The tables hadnt been cleaned or cleared despite 3 staff behind the counter seemingly doing nothing, and only 1 other customer. The floor had some dirty water that i nearly slipped on.
I went to the toilets, it was out of order! So i tried the disabled, it was locked. I sat down and tried to logon to the wifi, there was no internet.
After about 15 minutes, a staff member came and slowly cleared one of the tables near us. They never came back to clear the others the whole time we were there.

Email Starbucks today and demand they step in and stop this blatant attack on trade...

You may ask “how did this get 2 stars?”, well, the gingerbread tastes of ginger and the salad bowl was spot on (you can get this from any other Starbucks). If you want a drink served in an acceptable time, this is...
