Ah yes, what a lovely evening. I went with some of my family (3 of us in total).

Warm and friendly staff that could not do enough to help. A quick example or two that set things apart.

I tend to measure service not by what you get when things all go perfectly, what happens when it does not quite go to plan.

All the usual care was given on arrival. All very nice. Order time was spot on, all great.

My 11 year old wanted fish and chips of the children's menu. The best part was, this was served ahead of the rest of the food. Perfect, she could start her meal. Nice touch thanks.

I ordered the seasoned mixed nuts a kick things off. Whilst these were prepared to perfection, I really did not enjoy the strong pepper notes. Overbearing for me. I made my choice and I did not like them. All good.

The rest of the meal went as expected and the food was good. The staff continued to be attentive throughout.

Bill time. The staff informed me that they had taken the nuts off the bill as I did not enjoy them. Really nice touch that made my evening. Big tip left for all staff.

Went here yesterday and have to say first and foremost the staff really are some of the friendliest people. And when you have that it already sets the tone to what to expect. We went right on opening time so was not busy at that time but rather than Syani ding around chatting or just watching you they were either working or asking if everything was ok ect. So really well some these two guys. The place itself has a nice vibe very nice inside spacious and comfortable. As for the food could not fault it again was served relatively quick but the thing that stick out for me was it was was hot and fresh. The seabass burger was amazing. I have to say I didn’t know what to expect coming here before I came but I was pleasantly surprised. Pricing seems reasonable the desserts although very nice (the fresh donuts were incredible) are on the slightly expensive side however for mains dessert and a pizza to share and drinks it’s still cheaper than London where we are from. Went for a really lovely meal as a group of nine, at Yellows this afternoon. The service was amazing & the food was absolutely delicious! The waiter recommended the Berbere Chicken Kebab with Freekeh, Pomegranate and Tahini Sauce & it was the best meal I've had in a long time!! I would definitely have this again. The restaurant has a relaxing & spacious atmosphere & the staff are all so friendly & welcoming. The children's meals were extremely good value & the children were all well looked after. Would highly recommend...
