Terrible experience! Ordered a veg korma from here at the weekend and I was angry and disappointed that amongst it was something rock hard that I almost broke a tooth on. Spoke to uber and then the manager regarding this issue, who after initially blaming tescos (as that's where they get their veg from) I was then offered a full refund from the owner , 48 hours later still no refund.

To try and insinuate that It was just me complaining, and that "we've sold a lot of vegetable dishes tonight and your the only one that's complained" is great customer service. Initially told to take my complaint up with tescos aswell!! Erm no!

Clearly the tescos veg is NOT quality controlled before being used to cook with.

My meal was a veg korma, infact it was alot of peas, green beans and potatoes covered in a watery korma sauce that lacked coconut flavouring. Thought as it was vegetables I might of got a variety of veg like other Indian takeaways.

Poppodums, are Poppodums, came with onion salad but no chutney or sauces like other indians

Naan bread was all I ate in the end and to be honest the bread was by far the best bit of a bad meal, infact it was probably one of the best breads I've ever had.

Tried to help out a local business, but regretting not grabbing a microwave korma now from a supermarket after a long day working.

Poor effort, poor customer...

We have had two orders from Indian Flavours, I tried it myself the first time, I was very impressed. So on Friday we invited a friend another Indian lover, and both he and my hubby were equally impressed. Unlike some other reviews I think the portions are very generous. The flavours are spot on, our friend and I are Bhuna lovers and we both agree the best Bhuna we have had ever, and we have had more than a few lo. The monk fish starter of this world, I am happy with my 5 star rating. I hope the owner will not mind me saying that the Prawn tempura was very disappointing . Wow! This was a seriously delicious dinner. I'm blown away because I immediately knew this was the most flavourful curry and tarka dhal I've had in Norwich. List of places the curry at Indian Flavours is TASTIER than:

And a few others. The price is decent too. I've lived in the city for years and have longed for a taste of home...finally felt like I was back. Highly recommend the tarka dhal and if you can handle the spice, the kathmandu curry is delicious here. My only feedback would be that they can lay off the oil and butter a little bit!! Delivery arrived 15/20 mins early...
