Misleading name! Alexandra 'Bakery' has no actual bakery products!! No bread, no pastries, no pretzels, not even a simple pie. Only overpriced cakes, coffee, and sweets. The place feels more like a social club for questionable characters rather than a cozy bakery. It’s uncomfortable to even step inside, with groups of loud, intimidating men hanging around for £2 coffees. Best coffee/flat white in Hyson Green/Radford, and up there as some of the best in UK. The cakes are a work of art, so delicious and some of the best I have ever eaten. So light & perfect balance of flavours and sweetness. Halal too. They are pricey and would class as a treat/special occasion/when in trouble with your missus moments. Need to work on their customer services yet will test that out...

Fantastic little coffee house, deceptive looking from the outside. The portions of the cakes are huge, I had to get the rest of mousse cake packed. The lady packed it In a box for me. The coffee was lovely. The price is fantastic two huge slices of cake and two hot beverages for under ten pounds. The cafe is clean and has COVID measures in place.
