Five Guys Burgers and Fries Nottingham Showcase — Restaurant in Nottingham

Update 27/10/22 - another visit, another positive - I wasn't on my best when ordering and make mistake, which I confirmed when till girl asked. And forget to order chips on top 🤯, great... Anyway, went to till again, explain what happened - they stop my order in time, corrected and even make sure I will get hamburger together with separate ordered fries ! 👏🏻 All with smile and understanding, I felt great and soon after get my hamburger (see picture below, 👀 notice very clever straw - free lid on top of my bottomless 👍🏻). I tested other awarded hamburger buisness yesterday, much pricier like Five Guys, but here you can see it's a still fast food, but with staff involved and happy to work here - which is a nice contrast to sooo many other chains eateries, where staff looking more like from correction facility, sorry... Yes, it's cost you few quids more than McDonald, but you get quality burger with quality "all free" add-ons, bottomless drink and conscious free feeling that they WANT TO SERVE your appetite, priceless 👈🏻 Thank you for today, Guys, I will be back 👍🏻 Spacious new restaurant, second in Nottingham, with convenient free parking, next to Showcase Cinema, just hoop from ring road. As always high quality burgers and hotdogs with unlimited toppings, drinks and monkey nuts to accomplish, served by friendly staff, cooked in front of you at open kitchen. Slightly pricey but worthy for high quality fast food made from fresh meat and cooked on healthy arahid oil. Quick Gourmet Burger, Fries & Shakes: Perfect Choice of Food when you visit The Notts Showcase Cinema *Five Guys also close later (normally at 23:30) compared to other restaurants next to them!

Location: within the large Carpark on Redfield Way, behind the cinemas. The Decor of Five Guy is retro 60s diner style mainly featuring Red and White colour.

Food: Mini or Standard Burger (choice of Hamburger & Veggie) with a choice of 15 ingredients, sauces. There is also different sizes for their standard fries or Cajun Fries. There are also ~10 different flavours of milkshakes to choose from! And bottomless soft drink in an automatic dispenser.

Portion Size: unless you have a big appetite, ladies are better off opting in for a mini(smaller burger), especially if you are also having fries and milkshake! I recommend sharing a normal fries and 1 milkshake with another person (it’s quite hard to finish a portion of fries and 1shake and 1 burger all by yourself lol)

Customer Service: Staff are very friendly and informative about their ingredients. My partner was confused with how their relish taste like, and the staff quickly offered a mouthful in a small cup for him to try ;)

The premise is bright, clean and tidy! Toilets are individual cubicles with taps inside, also very neat and clean.

If you have time and you are bored (got some time to kill before your movie starts), do leave a doodle on their message board by the toilet!

Went here for my first time. It was phenomenal! I never really get filled up by a single burger and a drink, but oh my word, this was absolutely astonishing! The classic vanilla taste straight from America, the salted caramel kicking in the flavour too in my gorgeous ever so filling milkshake. The burger was worth every penny with the way it was filled with 2 extra thick patties, a bunch of bacon, salad and juicy buns. This is by far a really really great place for a filling meal. If you haven't been yet, then don't wait any longer!

The manager Nathaniel was an absolute delight, friendly face, great to talk to, helps out everyone and everywhere, customers, serving customers, colleagues of his, cooking in the kitchen, cleaning the store floor, and that was all in the time that I was eating my food, and that wasn't even too long!

The place can get decently busy, but you have to expect that in a complex of tenpin bowling and a cinema. The service gets done fast though, so you're never waiting too long! They take your order, get started straight away and will call your order number when it is done!
