Fantastic place, we were there for 5 hours as waiting for my girlfriends daughter to meet us halfway from Reading to Newcastle to drop a dog off, but unfortunately there was a coach fire on the M1, so my girlfriends daughter got caught up in the traffic for 4 hours, so while we waited at this lovely establishment, we were made to feel more than welcome especially by Alex, who went above and beyond to make our time here as comfortable as possible, even helping out with phone numbers for overnight stay hotels, as of tired drivers amongst our group, ....Alex is a absolute life saver, always maintaining professional customer service, for the whole day, and always made us feel most welcome ,we can't thank her enough, she is an absolute asset to your establishment, thank you so much, for the top...
