Our family trip was an unforgettable experience. They obviously had the Community Service team on tonight, because each member of staff seemed to resent being there. To call the waitress blank faced and monosyllabic credits her with a cheery verbosity she just didn't have. It took 15 mins for us to realise were expected to go up to the till and another 20 mins for the first item to arrive. In the end the food was great but it didn't make up for the hilariously surly costumer service. When the ( really nice) food arrived it landed piecemeal without cutlery and without drinks. We had to fetch our own Knife and fork. On top of that we all had to eat at different times because of the slow and intermittent "service".

We were not provided with the water we asked for, so we had to ask repeatedly. The waitress told us that the water was coming four times, but it never came until one of us had to get up ourselves so we could grab a drink just before we left. The lad who brought it over told us indignantly he was sorry but they were busy.

We could recommend if you like staff who are only working there because their families are being held hostage and eating without any liquid refreshment, no matter how many times you ask

Came here with my family, and definitely won't be coming back. To begin with, the staff here are just the worst. I've never seen a restaurant before that had staff like this. Every single person working there (I promise you that this isn't an exaggeration. It really was every single person working there) looked and sounded like they were bored to death. Lots of visible sighs, checking watches, and complaining to each other about their jobs in front of customers. Ordered two bowls of ice cream and a smoothie. After being sat waiting for over half an hour (for food that you don't need to cook, and literally just scoop up into a bowl, it takes seconds!), I asked how much longer we were going to waiting, and our server came back to our table, and tried to tell us that we hadn't even ordered anything! After telling her to go and check again, she came and told us it'd be five minutes. Almost 20 minutes later, we finally had our order, after each person got their order with 5 minute gaps in between, so we couldn't even eat at the same time.
