Sat at our table and decide on food as it's Thursday some meals include either a free starter or a pudding, go to the bar and order, staff member called Courtney takes our order. We clearly state we want the meal with a pudding, and Courtney's tells us the price and instructs us to pay with the card machine. We then ask when do we order the FREE pudding with the meal as that's what it should include, to then be told we should of ordered it all together and nothing she can do! Awful customer service! She didn't tell us to order the pudding with the meal as it should of been free which we didn't know needed to be ordered with the main course as it doesn't state that and never being there before we didn't know that. Courtney then says all that can be done is order the pudding separately and just pay full price! It should of been free. She then asks someone who is meant to be a higher up for 'help', and we was told "can't do owt it's illegal to change the order we'll lose our job", being honest neither of them should have their job with the awful customer service they have! Very disappointed in the service and attitude received from Courtney and the other woman at the bar who was meant to 'help'.
