Subway — Restaurant in Nottingham

After not having a subway for such a long time due to my last experience being so bad (stale bread) I was passing your store about half an hour ago and decided to give it one last try! I asked for a 6inch meatball with extra pepperoni! Having worked for subway in a managerial role for 8 years I know this wasn't an unusual request and yet the sandwich artist failed to get my order correct and I ended up with a luke warm piece of cardboard loads of pepperoni minus the meatballs!! Needless to say I won't be returning to this store in the future.. Subway compliance needs a shake up as the quality of their sandwiches especially the bread is nowhere near how it was a couple...

After deciding to go to Subway because it's better than mcdonalds we went to the derby road branch at half eight waited in line to be told they were shutting early And that the steak and cheese I wanted to order couldn't be made because they'd taken the ingredients off the counter and was cleaning down !!..there were four other dissatisfied And disappointed customer's !!..im sure nine o'clock closing means not trading after nine but not making sandwiches because they were getting ready to close for nine at half eight !!.. Very disappointed And left with no sandwich ... Will think otherwise...

Today I have been to Subway with my friend who is eating halal. I asked them politely if they can change the gloves because he was going to get tuna. Right after I told them that he is eating halal, they started to treat us strangely. The way they look at each other and to us was ridiculous. Worst customer service I have ever seen. No one can do discrimination no matter what their belief is. I am so disappointed the way we were treated. We both love subway, however we are not ever going to that branch again, because no one would like to be...
