Absolutely fantastic. I’ll start with the good. My partner and I saw this while searching for Indian restaurants and we did not recognise it because it is new. So because I am rather fussy, I said let’s order one chicken korma and if we like it will come back: the curry was absolutely fantastic!!!! I am really pleased to say the chicken korma was just like I used to have 40 years ago. Absolutely fantastic, tasty creamy the right amount of spices balanced perfectly seasoned I just wanted more and more. We really should’ve ordered two curries for my partner and I. Rice was great and even got popadoms and pickle [as a gift] wow so good. we will definitely be back!!! 10 STARS!!! [never again will we go the restaurant ‘cuisine of India’]

I can’t write a second review, but I can add an edit to this one. It is now the next day, And we ended up going back to awesome HINGLISH. And you won't believe it, but we bought three more mouthwatering curries, pilau rice, two delicious naan breads, and they even gave us some complimentary poppadoms and pickles. We wanted to try different curries. So we got butter chicken, chicken madras, and another korma because it was that good, wow - Seriously wow! , i give them 10 stars across the board. It was absolutely amazing and fantastic! If you ever get the chance to try their curry, especially if you dine-in, get ready for a feast for both your eyes and your taste buds. Trust me, you won't be...

Ordered from JUST EAT: DELIVERY CAME 1 HOUR BEFORE ETA. Now you have my answer. So I love spicy hot foods, Hinglish accomplishes the spice hot taste without that stodgy feeling like you get from other Indian restaurants, with Hinglish you get freshness and taste to the buds. You will never find a better fresh tasting Indian Delivery/Restaurant than Hinglish. Its a hidden Gem for sure, something you need but don't know where to begin, Hinglish is that place! Like my last reviews. Hinglish keeps getting better, even after getting a delivery from home for the first time. But when eaten in the restaurant the chef and waitress are so kind and down to earth. We always compliment the chef and waitress every time we eat in the restaurant. For the delivery Hinglish even cut the naan bread into pieces, which is amazing because most Indian Delivery restaurants will not, causing the customers to use fingers to separate the naan. Hinglish's tasty food is still fresh and naans are still desirable. Delivered by the waitress that served us in the restaurant. Truly inspiring and astonishing! Hats off to Hinglish. A regular place to eat out! Please don't close in the near future. Only get bigger and wider you both...

I thought to try Hinglish after seeing recommendations online. Our visit kicked off with an exploration of their starter menu, which boasts a commendable variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. We were keen to sample widely and ordered almost all the starters on offer.

The verdict on the starters? Tasty. Each dish delivered on flavor, however, the portion sizes were notably small for the price point. While delicious, it felt like we were paying a premium for very modest servings, which was a shame.

The main courses, our concerns about small portions were not an issue. The mains were perfectly sized, providing satisfying and generous helpings. They were amazing – incredibly flavorful. We particularly enjoyed the vegetable biryani and the chicken madras, both of which were packed with delicious, well-balanced spices. Ultimately, Hinglish was an enjoyable restaurant. For this reason, we'd rate Hinglish a 4 out of 5. If the starter portion sizes were increased to better align with their pricing, it would easily...

Sundays just got a whole lot better. A new Sunday Roast menu has now landed at Hinglish which is a little family run spot in Wigston. Chef Mahendra has been running this spot for almost two years and everything is made fresh to order with no additives or colouring, just straight up fresh raw ingredients 💯😊 • He has introduced a Sunday lunch offering which has a Tandoori Chicken, Braised Lamb Shank and a Paneer Tikka option for the main which are all served up with their own take on Lyonnaise potatoes, cabbage poriyal, plain rice, papad, salad, chilli garlic carrots and brocoli as well as unique sauce to go with the selected main 🇮🇳🤤 • The Lamb Shank was exceptional. A great sauce and it the 48 hour slow cook was evident as it slipped right off the bone. No holding back on the portions and great value for money. Some great starters and sides with a mind blowing Shahi Tukra. 💯🔥 • Use code 𝗛𝗨𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗬𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗩𝗘 when booking online or mention when you arrive for 10% off your food bill (drinks not included in offer) 💯 • 🇮🇳 Hinglish 📍 Gloucester Crescent, Wigston, LE18 4XJ 🆕️ New Sunday Roast Menu available 12.30 - 16.30 💯 Breakfast & Evening Menu also available ⛔️ Closed on Monday 🚘 Free Street Parking Available • @hinglish_wigston 🇮🇳🤤💯🤤🇮🇳 • • ➡️ Follow @HungryOliveTheThyme for more! #BoomDiggyYaKnow • • #hinglish #Wigston #indianfood #SundayRoast #lambshank #desiroast #indianroast #tandoorichicken #desifood #paneer@hinglish

There is no doubt in my mind when I write this. But as Indian food in Leicester goes, this is outstanding. The service by Emma and the main chef Mahendra is first class. We had the pleasure of having the Lamb Shank Sunday roast and it was amazing. We opted for the spicier version and it did not disappoint. My mother in law, who has a very specific palette, was amazed by her Chicken Sunday roast. The flavour was warm and delicious. I opted for the rice pudding dessert and this was truly a trip down memory lane. I have no other words than outstanding. You need to try this place. We will be returning soon. Thank you all.
