Stopped here on a miserable grey, windy, rainy day for some late lunch travelling thru Oadby. Chose combo meal after some back and forth with staff (new) on counter who initially struggled to answer queries on menu items and had to grab kitchen staff. Food was OK, taste was good but chicken fillet inside coating lacked substance. Crinkle cut fries were OK. Shrimps served with meal again were OK. After waiting for my food which I was told it won’t be long I found out the whole meal was dry and cold. The burger was dry and so was the tenders and the loaded fries was also very dry. In addition to this after mixing the loaded fries inside I found an eyelash.

I ordered the Hotville combo and inside my Hotville burger there wasn’t any coleslaw inside of it compared to what was advertised and described to me when placing the order. The bun was cold. You’d expect the burger to be hot and fresh.
