We had our lunch here. The prices which are on the menu they charged us extra £5. On the menu it says comes meal with chips & a choice if drink when the meal came only 1 of the meal with chips no drinks, then i had to go & grab by myself for a drink. Time to pay they said how many drinks you have & we said 2 because they comes with a meal & he said no only 1 we can give you as a meal. So my husband put his unopened drink back then we said where are the chips with my meal & they have no satisfied answer for it, anyway time to pay & they charge us extra after inquiry & showing on menu the price they said sorry the waiter who took the order he thought you want kebab in the plate not a wrap he didn't understand...omg really if your waiter doesn't understand why he not asked us again what's the point to show him the photo & price on the menu. They said sorry if you want I can give you money back waiter doesn't understand, my husband refused to take money back & explained them you can't charge customer extra & then said sorry its misunderstanding. It's our first try in this restaurant & not going there again for sure. My advice to everyone please check the price before you pay. It’s left very bitter...

Was a perfect experience through out. Before ordering complimentary hot soup was served which went so well as we were very hungry. Our orders were taken promptly and starters came out in good time; would definitely recommend the falafel as it was very crunchy on the outside and soft and moist inside which stands out from all the dry falafel you get in most places.

The mains came out in time and the shawarma was definitely some of the best I've had in the UK. The only thing that could be improved on are the chips but they were still decent. Drinks were all cold and we're lovely along with the food.

Only improvement would be for the tea after the meal to be a bit hotter.

The service was 11/10. Our waitress was lovely and very friendly as were all the other staff who greeted us as we came in and thanked us on our way out.

The atmosphere of the place is very nice and the it was very clean inside. The interior decoration is very well done and comforting.

Would definitely recommend as I'll be going back there whenever I pass...

This place used to be excellent, with great food and attentive staff. Unfortunately, our recent visits have been quite disappointing. The food still tastes good! but we’ve noticed a significant change in service quality, particularly in how some guests are treated. On more than one occasion, basic courtesies like serving water or offering complimentary bread were denied, while others seemed to receive preferential treatment. This inconsistency in service is concerning and gives the impression of bias or discrimination, which is extremely disheartening.

Additionally, some of the displayed food items were said to be sold out when requested, yet remained on display.

The cookware being used also raised alarms — we noticed non-stick pans that had lost their coating, which poses serious health and safety concerns.

It’s sad to see such a well-regarded restaurant being affected by what seems to be a lack of training, professionalism, and care from the current staff. We hope the management takes up these issues and bring it...
