The best japanese food in Oxford! I order First time from Kazan few different things to try. And I am more than suprised of the taste, preparing, portions and delivery. Everything delicious, served in nice (untypical for delivery) bowls, wich look great and make food even better. Prices are afordable and the menu! Kazan Menu is what always is missing in many japanese restaurants! Every dish have own photo, that U know what You can expect. Every dish in menu have description and ingrediends. And there is a lot of variations of different options to choose from. I can’t wait to order again! ✌🏼 Highly recommended restaurant for all japanese food lovers 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

It's my first time coming here. The food was really really nice and the staff were friendly. The tonkotsu ramen was really authentic with a milky broth. The fatty bit of the pork melted in my mouth. The portion of the wakame salad was really generous. I'd say it's enough for 4 people to share. If you like spicy food, you can ask the waiting staff for shichimi powder to put into the broth or even the wakame. The spicy tuna sushi roll was tasty too. I enjoyed the cold green tea and oolong tea with the meal. They're not sweetened but still well made. Honestly this is the best Japanese restaurant I've been to in the UK.

This is the worst ramen I have ever had in my whole life. The taste of ramen and the soup do not taste like the authentic Japanese style. Instead, they are like NISSIN instant noodles from an Asian supermarket. However, they probably can fool people who have not been to Japan since the food presentation is good. The waitress is not cheerful at all. No smile and do not have any greeting. Therefore, I would not recommend anyone to try the ramen here. There are lot more better choices in Oxford.

A wonderful little find! We have done many deliveroo orders from Kazan over lockdowns and it was nice to re-visit the actual restaurant recently. The ladies are all very friendly in there and the food is just excellent. We always eat far too much when we visit as there are just so many great dishes. The sushi is the best I've had in Oxford and the matcha ice cream is SO delish! I could keep listing all the excellent food that they do. Looking forward to returning this Friday!

Hands down the best take away we have ever eaten, not just from Oxford...from anywhere. When the food arrived it was packaged brilliantly and the food tasted exquisite. We have tried a lot of different sushi and the sushi from here was on another level. The Katsu curry was fantastic also never had tried before and will definitely have again. Will be ordering from here again 100%. Could not recommend more.

Wow, I have had high quality sushi in Taiwan. I miss the food there and never thought I would find quality Japanese food in my home country. I am so impressed and the prices are so fair. If you like Sake the quality is good too. We bought chocolate ice cream and even that was top quality. The fizzy sake tasted sweet if you don’t lie the strong taste of sake. Highly recommend! Will be back soon!
