Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Plymouth

Terrible service, we ordered x2 toastie which came out before the drinks, my wife's Hot Chocolate was the first drink and I had to wait ten minutes for mine before I had to remind the staff to make it! By the time I got back to the table our toasties were cold I took them back to the counter where a member of staff shouted 'what's wrong with em' I explained and she rolled her eyes, another member of staff apologised and warmed them up. I noticed we went given any cutlery so went back to ask the same member of staff, she grabbed a spoon and thrust it at me, turned her back and carried on. We have a newborn baby that feeds every few hours so our time is precious to us. Costa has always been our favourite for drinks but this place will be avoided from now on.. on a side note the cream was off but I had had enough of the staffs attitude so...

Absolutely appalling service. A girl with a sparkly makeup at the til was extremely rude, not paying attention to what I was ordering, she started taking my order 3 times, in the middle of the 3rd one she walked away from the til and started talking to another customer and left me hanging. I felt absolutely disrespected and shocked by the lack of attention to a customer and walked out. I mostly order at drive thru due to my speech difficulty and because of people like this I avoid ordering inside the store. This one time I wanted to sit inside because of the cold weather. Very nice Costa with a wide selection of homemade snacks, drinks and milkshakes.

I was last in on Bonfire Night, and my vanilla milkshake and chocolate flakes were very tasty, the service was also very quick.

The drive-through is real quick, with outdoor seating and indoor seating, as well as an enormous car park for all the other shops around the area.

The only trouble is that if you are coming off the A38 road and want to go to Costa, you have to carry on towards Leigham, Estover and Eggbuckland at Leigham roundabout and take the exit down towards Marsh Mills retail park, where the Costa...
