Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Plymouth

Always has a massive line for the drive through which moves painfully slowly. Doesn't seem like they have enough staff. Went inside to order to take away and wasn't greeted for ages while stood at the till point and then our order wasn't put through the till so they never started to make it. After a long wait and people coming in after us we asked to be told that it was their mistake. Poor service. They never give the food that you order with the drinks either ive had to ask for it 3 times. Also don't give the festive chocolates with the drinks like...

Visit 1: Wasn't acknowledged for at least 5 minutes before being served.

Visit 2: Queued for about 25 mins. Woman behind me wasn't wearing a mask and was way too close and was making us feel uncomfortable. Staff offered no apology for the wait. Lady on the till paused while serving me to talk to another colleague. Friend told the cashier 3 times that she would like skinny milk, and then was made to feel like she was in the wrong when the barista made one with whole milk. Just been to the Marsh Mills Costa to get my husband a flat white and myself a free drink from the app. Well the service was absolutely the best I've ever received from one of your Costa stores and I've been to alot! The manager was looking through the book to see if a syrup was sugar free, she was happy to make my drink, let me try the cinnamon bun and if I didn't like it she would remake it to something else.
