Honestly if i could give a minus score i would. Having ordered from here on several occasions we thought we would treat ourselves to a chinese for boxing day. We ordered the food via yoyo in the afternoon. For a 6.30 delivery. The food turned up 30mins late. And was very cold. The lady who we spoke to said she was very busy (which isnt our fault). and there was nothing she could do. She was unwilling to send the delivery driver back with a refund, and the put the phone down on me as she no longer wanted to discuss this matter. They have lost our custom. Very Poor customer service and in this occasion very sub standard food. Sorry but we will find...

Ordered food through just eat when it arrived dished it up and noticed the chips were over cooked , chicken balls were hard and the satay skewers were really dry, phoned direct to the shop to complain lady said she wanted it back to look at it she didn't asked if we had dished it up, we bagged it up and driver picked it up. Really she shouldn't of had that back in the shop in case of covid. Anyway she rang and said she was not sending out anymore food as we has eat to much, a bit of chicken skewer and one chicken ball she said contact just eat and hung up, really disappointed as this Chinese has really gone down hill if she thinks that food...

Love the food every time it’s the best may be not.

My order arrived half an hour late and it was half cold not even warm enough to be eaten.

When I called the woman on the phone she said that she was too busy and that she did not care and that I could not return the food because I would have to go to mutely I live on the Barbican any other time of year I would’ve been in a taxi to return it all over the bloody windows.

My microwave is broken down my cooker is down so there is no humanity in that woman except profits even when threatened with trading standards she would not even help me out at all do not go...
