I asked him this he said well it wouldn’t have been a hardship 😳 I didn’t even know when to expect him 😳 he said well I will post you a voucher for fish and chips that’s a lot more then what you have lost on your order then pased the phone to someone else and said take her address 😳 I phoned my daughter who lives 4.5 miles away in southway and she said I will go get it for you So she drove all the way to the shop she explained that she had come all that way out to make sure I got to eat . From the time shown on the receipt, I then had to wait 36 minutes before the food was ready. There were just four customers ahead of me - one asked for her money back due to the delay. The five members of staff all 'appeared' to be busy, but nothing was actually happening (except a steady flow of Deliveroo (?) collections, which were taking clear priority over the customers who had taken the trouble to visit the shop in person). The boxes are limiting your ability to give proper portions. You need to have a numbered ticket that works so that walk in customers aren't penalised by the online order system, this seemed to be a different number system and took priority.
I will be going...
