So this isn’t the first time kfc north harbour have disappointed me but the third time and I believe the staff needs proper training and communication. The first time I was charged for something I didn’t order through drive thru but I found out quickly and resolved it. Second time was when I was given almost rotten chicken but found out when I got home and was ready to eat . The third most painful one to me was when I have ordered mighty bucket which was supposed to have 2x chicken wing, 2x chicken thigh or drumstick and 2x chicken fillet with a drink and a reg fries. Due to past experiences, I did check if I was paying for the right amount and if the food was hot and bingo it passed. I drove home hungry but happy hoping to enjoy my chicken wings ,as that was my super favourite among the rest and hohoho kfc have had a meeting on my behalf ,and have decided that I need to be healthy so no more thighs and wings for me. I was so angry and disappointed so I phoned the branch immediately and asked what was I supposed to be getting in a mighty bucket and I was told I should be getting what was on the menu board, exactly what I thought I ordered. So I took it back there to have it changed for me which they did but short of a chicken wing .I didn’t want any argument or compensation but my chicken .After that happened, I made my decisions on kfc north harbour that never again to welcome such unpleasant surprises . Another thing that needs to be checked is the salt in the chicken, please for crying out loud , the salt needs a little reduction. Aside being disappointed, there is no day that I have bought chicken from kfc north harbour and had a balanced taste in seasoning. Please do something about it and fast. Read moreAlthough a busy time of day it was quieter than anticipated..There were tables,kept clean, obviously it had been busy as the bins were overflowing, however an attentive floor worker was endeavouring the clear up of tables,floor & bins. There was a short queue...I had to have time to myself to study the menu for its many "deals" & best value for money for what my party wanted..so stepped aside whilst other people were served...The moving boards distracting whilst I tried to make up my mind...then disappeared then, came back again.I looked at the small menu..then back to the main menu behind the till..I would suggest a menu board easier to get to,prior to getting to the counter.You are asked for your order, it not had a chance to look yet..keep them waiting..which is why I stepped aside. I was served fairly quickly to be fair as it was quieter...Was told the chicken had just been put out - so was hot...my only real negative is that the chips are all put out too early...whilst waiting for other items to be cooked or put together for other orders, the chips were already out in wrappers, "being kept warm" under a hotplate light..This really let the meal down..they were barely only luke warm...and tasted "old" & not freshly cooked or piping hot, as the chicken was. I did ask for freshly made chips but was told they were...to which I commented that I had seen them out on the pass when I joined the queue...some had been taken to fill orders..and they had been there all the while I had been selecting my choice, then queueing to order & pay, then waiting for my order.I wasn't offered any fresher chips which I was disappointed about...and no doubt my other food would have got cold whilst waiting for the freshly cooked batch of chips.? On the whole the meal was good...however please rethink a menu before the checkout and chips not waiting around for 15/20...

My husband ordered through the app and so it was delivered via Deliveroo, we ordered the 8 piece boneless dipping feast which came with 4X fries, a large pop corn chicken box and a large gravy, and we also ordered 8 mini fillets extra. Once our order arrived we unpacked to realise we’ve been given the completely wrong order, we’d been given the variety bucket which contained chicken on the bone and hot wings (not suitable for a family with kids) this also meant we were missing the large pop corn chicken from our order and also 8 mini fillets! We phoned the kfc delivery service straight away who told us to send photos to them via a specific email, and it’s now been 40 mins and haven’t heard a thing back!! Absolutely disgusted with this kfc and customer service. How hard is it really to check and pack the correct order? We’ve been left now with very underwhelmed and hungry children who don’t like chicken on the bone and definitely don’t like hot wings.
