One of my Favourite food spots in portsmouth! @Natty's Jerk some of the best jerk flavours i’ve tried! So beautiful, colourful and tasty, loved it ever single time. The Jerk Tacos, Mac and Cheese Fries AND ICE CREAM BURGER were just divine. Can’t wait to be back again 📍Opposite Portsmouth Southsea Station #jerkfood #restaurant

Top for customer service. After a 3 1/2 hour drive to Portsmouth on a cold Saturday evening. We were expecting dinner in a comfortable restaurant but had been booked at Natty's Jerk. It was very popular judging by the 20 minute wait to place our order and the Google rating. Our table was however reserved for us and ready on our arrival. Our experience didn't start too well as they had run out of tropical fruit juices and patties having been busy all day. Due to a misunderstanding, our order was passed to the bar and not the kitchen. Our drinks duly arrived, but as the other diners left, our order was still outstanding. The staff looked for our order and promptly apologised for their oversight. Our meals were made and served with an extra round of drinks for the delay. As the staff recognised the error and explained this to us, having spoken to management were able to offer us extras drinks. We were satisfied customers. Mr Natty even came out to greet us and to explain what had happened. Due to the additional care we were given, I am very happy to write this review. The rice and coleslaw tasted as if they were from the Caribbean with the subtle smokiness of the BBQ wings. We visited St Kitts and Nevis in the summer and noted that Mr Sunshine in Nevis would have pictures of celebrities in his bar. Mr Natty duly offered! We are of course not celebrities but happy diners at Natty's Jerk.

Jerk food at its best 🍗🇯🇲 My goodness me!!! This place is Jerk food at its absolute finest, a must visit for the people of Portsmouth or any tourists who may pass by. Located right next to the train station, Natty’s Jerk offers a Caribbean dining experience with both indoor seating, outdoor seating in the beach area, or takeaway food. The menu (as pictured) offers a wide variety of Caribbean cuisine. Dining as a group we tried a range of menu item, all of which were fantastic! We tried the Jerk chicken, Jerk Pork, Curry Goat, Tacos and the corn. I also tried the ‘pink ting’ drink which was very refreshing on a hot summers day! Will absolutely be returning here and will be recommending it to anyone passing through Portsmouth! 🍗🤩 🌟 Recommendations: Jerk chicken Box (or Pon Frites) Pink ting drink ⛔️ Drawbacks: Limited options for those who do not like Caribbean food (Almost impossible to find any drawbacks!)

Coming from south london originally where Caribbean food is in a whole lane of its own, I was sceptical as to how this trip was going to hold up… BUT! I was very impressed with the quality of food, portion sizes and taste of food. Picture 1 is what myself and my misses ordered, plus 2 chicken patties which we ordered as a starter before this tray came. Picture 2 is where I had to throw in the towel. I didn’t think it was going to fill us up, but it sure did! This whole set up cost us £32 with 1 drink which I thought was a little overpriced compared to what I’m used to getting in London but as I’ve already said I’m very impressed with everything! The service was good! (Girl in the red jordan 5’s was a star!) Happy we’ve made the trip from Southampton today to come and try the food! Shame there aren’t more places like this around!!

🇯🇲 Had an incredible dining experience at Natty’s Jerk, a Jamaican restaurant that’s truly a hidden gem! 🍛 Started with the Curry Ital Meal Box – a burst of flavours with plantains, rice, and peas. 🍔 The Jerk “Chicken” Burger made with jackfruit was a revelation – smoky and tender with the housemade marinade. 😋 The Cauliflower “Chicken” Wing had just the right kick, and the Curry Pastie was a tasty surprise. 🍹 But the real stars were the drinks! The Jamaican cocktail, a delightful blend of tropical fruits and rum, transported me straight to the Caribbean. 🍸 And the Passionfruit Mojito Mocktail was refreshingly sweet and tangy. 👏🏼 Natty’s Jerk exceeded all expectations, offering an authentic taste of Jamaica with a twist. Can’t wait to go back for more!

My Partner and I went solo before taking our eldest just a week later! We're big foodies, and always try a variety. I had the Jerk Pork Belly Pon fries, My Partner had the Jerk Pork Belly with Rice. We ordered the dumplings, the coconut corn (which I was in heaven eating) and the Jerk Chicken Tacos which were unbelievable. We had an order of the scotch bonnet sauce, I have NO spice palette so it killed me off but the taste of it was unbelievable. We love Natty's and have said we will be back given a chance any time we can!
