Kens Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Portsmouth

Absolutely vile food. The chicken was not fresh at all (I know the difference as im a chef) it was hard in spots where it had either been cooked and kept hot all day or was microwaved before it was sent to me. It was that bad that my cat even turned his nose up at it and that fat little feck would eat anything. the coleslaw was off, warm and watery. An They couldn't even cook the chips properly (how on earth do you even mess up chips). The order was also incomplete as it had items missing. An to top it off the delivery man couldn't even follow simple instructions like "come to the top of the stairs and turn right". He literally spent 20 mins wandering around my building till I found him, an my building only has two floors. This will definitely be my first and last order from this place. Also I will be passing pictures of the food they gave me to the food standards agency. Keeping chicken like that could actually make some one...

When I ordered food and they gave me it, I didn't even get what I asked for I ordered a chicken burger with ketchup and salad they didn't give me the ketchup and salad and the bread was burnt🤮. I reckon not not to visit this restaurant. It takes them 10-20 mins to order. Like so DISCUASTIN'. I also asked for chips🍟 AND THE CHIPS WASN'T FRIED PROPERLY. AND THE MANAGER WAS ARGUING WITH ME FOR NO REASON IM WARNING YOU ⚠ DONT GO THERE... IT MIGHT MESS UP YOUR DAY! This is why costumers hardly even visit your restaurant. This restaurant really deserves to have 3.2 stars. If you want your food delivered...sorry your gonna really have...

AWFUL! If I could give -1000 I would. I went there on Saturday with my friend he got a chicken burger and chips we both thought his food had come awfully fast, it took around 2 mins, he took a few bites into the burger and it was RAW!! The chips were cold and stale. He’s now got food poisoning. Trading standards need to be involved we aren’t the only people with a bad experience.
