I went to this place just from reviews alone. Probably the only establishment in Portsmouth with full 5 stars before this review. I should have been suspicious when a place has full 5 star reviews. I should have been more suspicious when I walked in that the place is dead. Firstly I just want to say that the place has a nice, clean modern decor. Unfortunately having a nice decor doesn't mean the food is good. The donner is VERY dry! Chips are hard and over cooked. Also why are the chips so short? If you like sauces, you can avoid this place. What makes or break a good donner is the sauce!!!! Worst chilli and garlic sauce I have ever had from a kebab joint. One or two squirt from each bottle is not enough! The most Authentic Doner in Portsmouth. Stepping in I knew I had to order both Chicken and Beef wrap separately not mix.

They both look freshly made on the same day. For the chicken and beef, you can see the details and crafts they put into their foods. The salads upfront also look extremely fresh like they just chop them up and put them out.

Customer service was fantastic, welcoming people in as soon as they step in with a smile and asking how are you today. Very friendly and relaxing atmosphere if you eat inside the place.

I will definitely only come to this place for a Doner as other places buys their meat premade.
