Inedible and substandard food took two hours to eventually arrive and two phone calls to chase them up. Was told they only took the order as it was a large order (was for myself and 4 keyworker colleagues following a hectic shift). Their staff were unapologetic with no good reason for the delay. Milkshakes stood so long they seperated and tasted awful. Food was ice cold, sausage was undercooked and 'Crispy' was soggy and chewy! Ordered through Uber but was told they would deliver (obviously didn't want Uber getting its percentage of a £50 order). Refused to refund, now we must fight between Uber and the 'restaurant' for our money back!! I was told next time I order!!!?? Not only way overpriced for a toastie, I spent £20 just for the food to never have arrived. Absolutely rude too they’re supposed to be professional and helpful I had to WALK to the cafe to question where my ordered food was and they just had horrible attitude. If they sorted it out themselves I wouldn’t of had to walk all the way from mine to where they were, they even put down it had been ordered 2 hours before I entered the cafe. I ordered my food from Uber eats at around 11am, my estimated arrival time for the food was 12:15-12:35, it’s now 13:47 and I’ve only just revived my food. I rang many times and no one answered. I’ll also note that I paid £13 for a bacon and cheese sandwich and milkshake. I thought the sandwich would have at least been to a good quality but I literally could have made it myself at home.
