A great little pub with friendly bar staff and more than reasonable prices on the drinks they serve. Extremely dog friendly. So much so, that my four legged friend pulls on his lead to go in, even when we are just walking past. The 2 star for food is not really a negative, it is simply because they only do bar snacks. However, these are of good variety and always well stocked. For sports......You can see a screen from all locations except the toilet, and it even has a whole wall dedicated as a screen, at the back of the pub. There is also a screen in the garden. Great pub for a drink and watching the football or rugby. Always someone to chat to around the bar Need to get better bar staff though. Went last night for a quick pint and watch the Norwich Liverpool game Waited for 10 minutes without getting served. Asked the young girl behind the bar if we could get a drink as we had been waiting so long. She went down the other end of the bar and continued serving everyone else and refused to serve us. Nice venue let down by lack of service. Waited over half an hour to get a drink and it wasn't even that busy. Would also be better if they had the sound system installed correctly, having the speakers verticle at the top of a wall almost 6ft above head height works fine if the speakers are facing the centre of the floor but having them facing straight across the ceiling means they lose almost all of the mid and top leaving the audience with a...
