Gone downhill over the past couple of years. What once was an Albert Road institution as the Fat Fox, The Fox is picking up on the worst tactics of overpriced London bars. BEWARE they operate a so-called "dynamic" pricing strategy which can have you paying huge prices for your bog-standard draught drinks after a certain time. This is after you've paid an entry free of £3(!) after 10pm or £5 after 11pm.
Yes, depending on the DJs and the crowd, you can have an alright time. But it is no thanks to the establishment that seems like they're ripping you off if you just want to go in for a drink or two.

The cocktail selection is cool too, maybe a little on the pricey side but worth it, plenty of options as well. I visited recently with a large group of 7 of us, service was friendly, though most of my party didn't enjoy the food which was apparently cold. I didn't eat myself however so can't really comment much further here. The pool tables also were covered up and pushed aside when we visited. Wasent a huge deal really, but it meant we didn't stay as long as we intended to. Still highly recommend...
