All hail the Dan! Having previously used Dan’s services to replace two iPhone batteries and been really pleased with the result, I returned with my MacBook Pro to have a failing hard disc replaced.

Dan completed this job really quickly but back home during the process to restore from back up, the latest back up, although definitely there, was just not being found by the system. Dan figured out that an update was needed, there was absolutely no indication of this being required during the set up process Apple provide on screen, without Dan’s determination to solve the issue I’d still be going round in circles and could quite easily have given up!

Dan has the absolute patience of a saint and will go way above and beyond to get a good result for his customers. This review just doesn’t do justice to how impressed and thankful I am for the time Dan put into getting my MacBook up and running…..as he said it would be, it’s now lightening fast with its new disc!!!

If you’re scrolling through reviews looking where to get your Apple fixed you need go no further! I took my Apple Mac book in having been told by another tech that the problem was terminal. The very personable chap behind the counter opened up the laptop and had it back up and running perfectly in less than 5 minutes. He then said it was a “simple” fix (clearly not so for the other techs who looked at it) and declined to charge. I then gave him my I-phone to look at. He fixed it there and then and, again, said no charge. I now no longer need to buy a new laptop and the I- phone will last another year so saved thousands of pounds by coming here! A pleasure dealing with a consummate professional who knows the value of building a reputation for exceeding his client’s expectations. Can’t recommend him enough and would give 10...

Wow! I'm still in disbelief at how incredibly human and caring ihelp is! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such warmth and patience. They didn't just fix my phone; they went above and beyond to ensure I left with a smile on my face. I can't stress enough how much they helped me, yet could have easily turned me away due to my tricky screen issue (that may not have been worth most busy business’ time), but they genuinely went above and beyond to help me, with pleasure too.I could see how busy they were at the time and they still never made me feel like an inconvenience.
