Cherry Pie Coffee & Co — Restaurant in Preston

Every time I've ordered it been brilliant. Put this time I've had a delivery driver who didn't know and put the damaged/ ruined food on my doorstep and tried to run away before I got to the door. Luckily I've got a ring doorbell with motion sensor. When I got to the door he came back and explain the coffee spilt everywhere and I need to call up to get them to resend a new order. When I tried to call the phone is always unavailable. So I've had to submit a refund request. Bin the destroyed food. And order from another place to get food. The food has been great in the past but the delivery driver trying to run away and not able to call the restaurant makes me think twice about ordering from them again. Service is nonexistent. It's worse to know the delivery driver still tried to deliver it and run away knowing in what condition its in. He looked embarrassed when he had to come back as I got to the door quicker than he could run away. You will also find the same review...

Tried this place for the first time today and will definitely be back, staff were friendly and helpful, cafe was clean and felt cosy.

As many products as they can are sourced from the surrounding market stalls and local area and this shows in the quality of the food that is served.

I had a jacket with cheese and beans which came with a lovely little side salad and coleslaw. The dressing that came on the salad was the chefs own secret recipe and tasted amazing. Nice to have a jacket cooked just right too.

Other half had a large breakfast which he thoroughly enjoyed, the sausages were nice and juicy, the grilled tomato was cooked through and you get a good wedge of toast with it.

Reasonably priced dam good food .. look forward to trying the...

1 stars for nothing

I've give one star for the good stuff I heard about Cherry Pie ... and the lady we were greeted by was pleasant enough when she explained we couldn't come in as she was not ready.

Plus we waited 20min and didn't get called in ...

So we arrived at 10:10 this morning but were asked to wait (not ready yet).

We're waiting outside sun is out and it felt nice on our backs depending on which way the breeze blew.

It gets to 10:28 and my lad says Waterstones is open can we go now.

I looked inside and there was no sign of being called/allowed in. They were supposed to be open at 10AM.
