Really Bizzare service and I mean it.
We ordered 2 meals through drive through. 1 × grilled chicken Salad with orange juice and side salad, 1 × crispy chicken salad with coke and side salad. There was a bit of a language barrier to begin with, but we eventually got through it and the screen was reflective of our order.
When we went to collection window, they gave us the wrong order (wraps and fries)?? and when I informed them, the male staff rudely said this was my order, but he is going to change it for me. Then they made me wait at the next window for a further minimum 15 minutes. Then they gave the wrong order again with a side salad missing. When I was going to inform them, they ignored me. I even got the driver in the vehicle behind me to grab their attention for me and they still refused to attend me.
I got out of my vehicle and walked to their window. The same rude staff again told me that was my order and there is no other side salad. Basically he was calling me a LIAR!!! Really Mcdonalds???
Then he still refused to give my salad and told me to go around and pay for what I had already paid!!!
At this point it had been over half an hour, my food had gone cold and I was very frustrared at this point and felt robbed of my money by some rude staff, I decided that enough is enough and left.
I would never return to this McDonalds again and would never recommend it to anyone as this is not my first unpleasant experience.
McDonalds, you probabely dont read this feedback as you probabely dont care, but Here is your feedback to improve your customer service:
Train your staff to learn the menu. Train your staff to never accuse long waiting customers of lying!!! Never Ever!!! Train your staff to communicate with each other instead of gathering at the customer service point and have a laugh instead, whilst customers are waiting to be served. Train your staff to be polite with customers and not ignore them.

This is the worst McDonalds in the world, The staff just do not care and have the WORST customer service I have ever seen in 48 Years.
I have had multiple wrong orders and multiple issues with the drive through but today was the worst experience on 20th August 2022, I was told that my order had been given out and they needed to "Check" that I had not already been given it. I was gobsmacked, truly stunned by this accusation. I had been in the store 3 minutes, its not possible for them to make my order that fast. No bag had been put on the counter, nobody had taken anything away. I was watching the whole time.
When my order was remade as they didn't find the first one they allegedly made, I tried to complain that the girl was out of order stating I had stolen the food I had paid for, She denied she ever even said anything and her manager was no help whatsoever, No empathy, lots of nasty eye stares and zero service with a smile.
IF I thought complaining to MacDonald's would do anything I would (The website just does not care and does not work and the replies you get are all copy pasted bs)
So all I can do is write this and hope that you the reader will avoid this MacDonald's, that the staff get new jobs and they make this into a car wash or Starbucks, or anything!

I am only a 5 min walk from the restaurant but couldn't leave work to collect.The driver brought my food into the shop I work in and it had been packed wrong with the tea leaking all over the drivers bag. Subsequently both bags were wet he then tried to hand me the food and the bottom fell out of the bag resulting in my food being all over the carpet in my shop. Driver couldn't apologize enough but when I rang the restaurant a totally different story. I was told repeatedly that they couldn't do anything as it was drivers fault. Manager told me he we wouldn't do anything unless I took the food back. So after work I took the food back in a carrier bag to prove it was the way it was packed and not driver error.to told you've already applied for a refund from just eat so nothing we can do. Eventually the manager did offer me another meal which I accepted but only to save his staff from further embarrassment as he wouldn't even speak to me himself and had 2 other staff relaying messages from me.
